Jessica Vittorio

Jessica Vittorio is an Associate Attorney of Lloyd & Mousilli and advises business clients on a wide range of structuring, governance, contract, and fundraising issues. She specializes in assisting clients with long term planning and structuring to ensure that each company, from formation to growth stage, is prepared for their next steps. 

Ms. Vittorio has worked with law firms, government agencies, and private companies to provide legal counsel on a wide array of issues. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Vittorio served as Legislative Counsel for a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives where she was in charge of legal guidance on issues related to business, intellectual property, and various other areas of policy. Upon leaving her position with Congress, she opened a practice in Dallas, TX that specialized in corporate law for early to mid stage companies. 

Ms. Vittorio serves on the Law Practice Management Committee for the State Bar of Texas, is an Adjunct Professor of Business Law, and serves as a mentor for various startup accelerator programs throughout the country. She was a proud finalist for the Dallas Startup Evangelist of the Year award 2019, and honored to be selected as a 2020 Tedx speaker.
