Jennifer Hinds is an associate attorney of Lloyd & Mousilli, and regularly advises business clients on a wide range of litigation issues, from pre-litigation negotiation through trial. She represents clients in a wide range of complex commercial and labor and employment-related matters, including in state and federal courts and administrative agencies.

She has extensive experience handling various commercial and employment litigation matters, including mediations and arbitrations. She has wide ranging case management experience, including all aspects of preparing and responding to discovery. She regularly takes and defends numerous depositions, as well as engages in significant law and motion work and trial preparation. Jennifer has second-chaired three jury trials and one bench trial to date for various automobile manufacturers, including fair credit reporting act matters on behalf of the automobile manufacturer’s financial side. She also served as a second chair in a jury trial defending a public entity in an employment dispute, which resulted in a complete defense verdict.

Clients rely on Jennifer for her valuable legal counsel as they face legal matters requiring a high level of legal skill and discretion. Jennifer has experience representing banks, governmental agencies, international manufactures and Fortune 500 companies in dispute resolution in federal and state courts.
