This is where you will apply what you have learned in law school to real life cases. You will have the opportunity to learn from seasoned attorneys in intellectual property, litigation, and corporate transactions.

You will also work alongside our experienced paralegals and support staff, who will guide you through the ins and outs of our firm. Our clerkship program guarantees that as a member of our team, you are involved in deals and cases that will take your legal education and practical experience to the next level.

As part of our clerkship program you will:

  • Be introduced to all of our firm’s various practice areas where you will be given substantive assignments
  • Develop your business knowledge and legal skills
  • Draft trademark applications, craft arguments for hearings, conduct legal research, draft business contracts, attend client meetings...and more
  • Have one-on-one check-ins with your own assigned attorney

Once your application is reviewed and it is determined that you are qualified for Clerkship in Lloyd & Mousilli Attorneys & Counselors, our firm administrator will contact you. The candidate must have completed at least 1 year of law school. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of applications we receive, we are unable to provide an individual response to every candidate.
