Representative matters for Mr. Shibley include being co-counsel on Columbia Pictures v. Krypton Broadcasting; being involved from the initial district court case, the appellate work and taking the case to trial after being remanded from the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Shibley obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Stanford University, showcasing his dedication to academic excellence and multidisciplinary knowledge.
